Meet Our Team

Ruby Gurusaran, our Office Manager, with over 18 years experience in our office, started as a Certified Dental Assistant and mastered the supportive role of four-handed dentistry. She then moved into management and now serves as the office manager. Ruby's knowledge of dentistry and heartfelt belief in customer service makes her an exceptional employee and a delightful person in the office. Her responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, patient care, and financial arrangements to help patients get started with their treatment.

Ruby and her husband Robby have two boys, Steven and Kevin. The boys are successful students, soon to be in college. Ruby likes to spend time with her family, exercise, travel, and sleep in after a hard week at work.

Luba Veytsman, our Dental Hygienist, has worked in the dental field for 8 years. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States when she was 14 years old. She was inspired when she first met an American hygienist and was introduced to preventive dentistry. She graduated from New York City Technical College with high honors. Luba sees herself as an educator, a supporter of health, and a skilled technician.

Luba is married to Alex, a Russian computer programmer and lives in close proximity to her large family in Brooklyn.

Linda Debski, our Clinical Assistant, learned to love working directly with patients and their care working as a surgical education coordinator with the Chief of Surgery at Wayne State Medical Center in Detroit. She became a patient in our practice when she relocated to New York City. She suffered from regular headaches and was unhappy with the appearance of her teeth. After a complete dental rehabilitation, she was amazed that the headaches disappeared and thrilled with her beautiful smile. She asked to join our team! She now serves as Dr. Beshar's assistant and ensures that every procedure is performed to the highest standard and on time. She is passionate about organization and excellence.

Linda has two teenaged boys. They are fluent in Chinese and love rollerblading. She enjoys the city life, including museums and Broadway shows, as well as relaxing on the beach.
